Return Policy

Please contact us before returning a faulty item to give the opportunity to resolve the problem by email.

We at 'info-tech-trade.co.uk' accept returns within '31 days of receipt' as long as the item is found to be faulty an is returned in its original condition.

The return of the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Return postage cost is refundable if your item is wrongly described or DOA, in which case the minimal return postage cost will be refunded. If a number of items are ordered on the same order the delivery charge will be calculated proportionately.

Many of the items will come with a 6 or 12 month manufacturers warranty (see item description).

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please e-mail us with your concern so we can resolve the situation in a friendly, concise manner.

Shipping Information

Items are delivered using Royal Mail. All prices are accurate and up to date after the increase in April.
Orders will be despatched the same day or by 12pm the following day if the order is made after 5pm. Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is also available.
